Seaside Residence is located along the coastal road between Umag and Novigrad. It is only a few kilometers away from the municipal center of Brtonigla.
Access to the village is along the marked coastal road or from the direction of Brtonigla, past which the highway connection Pula – Istrian epsilon passes.
The distance from the Slovenian border is 15 km.
The resort is designed between the Karigador village and the newly planned golf resort Biska Golf Istra.

The project comprises two construction phases, in the final phase 11 buildings will be built.
There are three units in each building, with an average area of 60 m2.
A total of 33 residential units are planned in 11 buildings.

Building Types
Depending on the micro location, 4 types of buildings are planned. The floor plan layout of each residential unit in the building allows the entrance from an external covered area, which gives the impression of the privacy of an individual house.
The design of the buildings combines a rich local architectural tradition and modern design with technological solutions. Natural and durable materials are used: brick, wood, stone and stainless steel.
